I Am Erros Chiodo

MY STORY

Hi my name is Erros Chiodo and I am a holistic movement coach.

My passion for movement and health really took off when I was a teenager and got heavily into bodybuilding. I was quite a skinny kid so building as much muscle as possible was a quest I pursued for the next 10 years. This led me to compete in multiple bodybuilding and weightlifting competitions. In the end I was left feeling unfulfilled and without the ease and freedom in my body I wanted. This pushed me to train and educate myself in a variety of movement disciplines, from gymnastics and tai chi to dance and athletics.

 

Throughout my journey of physical transformation , I have experienced and seen in clients the potent effect moving and developing the body has on your health and life. It is a massive but still just solitary piece of the puzzle. Another piece is food and nutrition which is essential for supporting all aspects your health. I also realised that your emotional health is equally important and inseparable from your physical. Having suffered from significant emotional difficulties and depression since childhood, my journey has taken me through a wide range of therapeutic and meditative modalities. Integrating these approaches and techniques into my own practice has informed how I work with my clients and students.

 

My hope is that my work affects the people I work with on a deep level and helps them create the changes they wish to make. As a result I believe that every area of your life and self should improve. My intention is to be a guide and resource for those looking to take steps in the direction of personal growth and transformation.

Mentorship Program

My mentorship program is designed for individuals who want to go far beyond the status quo with their lives.

It is a deep immersion into the domain knowledge of movement and physical practice whilst simultaneously exploring the deepest regions of your internal self.

Private Residential

The residential is a “Live in” workshop that includes multiple full days in person together.

I created the private residential as a deep immersion into the practice and lifestyle practice. By working so closely together I am able to transfer a many teachings and create the space for physical and internal change.

Structural and movement assessment

As an once off introductory offer you can purchase a 1hr structural and movement assessment. In this session I analyse your posture and movement patterns to give feedback along with corrective movements. This is to address any underlying dysfunctions and imbalances you may have. We may also use meditation techniques to work on blocks in the emotional and energetic body that could be the root cause of your problem.

Prior to training with Erros my fitness and health were quite low after an intense year of travel and burning the octo-candle at 8 ends! Getting older I’ve noticed myself slowing down, feeling lethargic and less able to keep up with my fast paced life. I met Erros through mutual friends who had been training with him and getting great results. So I signed up for a 12 week personal training program with him and got straight to work.

I’ve dabbled with gym workouts throughout my life but after one session with Erros I realized that everything I’d done to this point was child’s play.

Erros pushed me hard but put particular emphasis on form, helping me to perfect each exercise for maximum benefit and lowest risk.

I found that within a week I already had much more energy, was feeling clear and stronger. Now 8 weeks in, I’ve had incredible results. I’ve put on around 3 Kilos of muscle, am lifting far heavier weight and able to work longer hours and enjoy my down time much more than in many years.

Erros is the perfect trainer for both guys with experience, who want to finetune their gym knowledge and total beginners who need to understand the science, form, diet and routine that leads to a great physique as well as doing this in a way that is safe and ensures long term success. His style of training is very specific to your needs, he pushes you to your limits but is encouraging and certainly not elitist. I highly recommend him as your mentor towards great health, a sexy body and integrating gym training into your life, no matter how busy you are.
